General Terms
1. Prices
Prices exclude all taxes, charges or any kind of fees. All taxes, charges or fees will be charged to the dient.
2. Orders
All orders will be processed on a first-come first-serve basis. Orders have tobe made in writing - only the WWP Order Form can be accepted
3. Terms of Payment
Tickets ordered at least one month before the event have to be paid within 7 (seven) days from the date of issue without any deduction.
Tickets ordered at most four weeks before the event have to be paid immediately. WWP shall have the right to cancel invoices and resell tickets if payment is not made within the conditions mentioned above.
Cancellation of paid invoices/tickets is not permitted nor may tickets be changed or returned
4. Ticketing
The Purchaser will receive the registration code(s) for the purchased VIP ticket(s) shortly before the event. The tickets will be personalised and may not be passed on by the Purchaser to persons whose name has not been personalised by WWP. In the event that tickets are passed on to third parties in this way, the Purchaser must ensure that the third party verifiably accepts these terms and conditions and is informed of the data protection information. lf the Purchaser fails to fulfil this obligation, he shall be liable to WWP for all consequences resulting from this failure.
Ticketsare only valid in conjunction with an official photo ID of the ticket holder. Children over 6 years of age will need a ticket (without reduction) We advise you not to visit the event with small children.

6. COVID-19
The purchaser undertakes to comply with the legal provIsIons and official requirements applicable to the event in connection with the COVID 19 pandemic and to comply fully with the corresponding instructions of WWP. In this context, the Purchaser undertakes to provide WWP with the data required for contact tracing on request, while WWP undertakes to comply with the relevant data protection provisions with regard to this data.
7. Liability of the organiser
WWP is liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for damages resulting from death, physical injury or illness, as weil as in the case of mandatory legal regulations. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations based only on negligence, WWP is liable for compensation for damage that is typically foreseeable under the contract. The above liability provisions also apply to WWP's vicarious agents (e g. staff)
8. Non-implementation of the event
The Buyer shall not be entitled to any claims (e g. to a reduction or refund of the entry price) if the KITZ RACE Club has opened on the RACE weekend due to the partial or complete non-execution of the Hahnenkamm Races. Should the entire event be cancelled and WWP decides not to open the KITZ RACE Club, the Buyer shall be reimbursed 90% of the purchase price. lf the buyer buys tickets again in the following year, the 10% will be refunded or offset against the new order.
9. Subsequent limitation of the number of guests
The Buyer acknowledges that WWP must subsequently limit the number of guests due to circumstances beyond WWP's control (e g due to an official instruction as a result of a pandemic). In this case, WWP is entitled to cancel the Buyer's booking. In this case, WWP shall reimburse the Buyer for the purchase price of the ticket However, the Buyer expressly waives the assertion of claims that may result from the cancellation (e.g. compensation for expenses incurred such as accommodation already booked).
10. For the avoidance of doubt, these terms and conditions shall also apply in the event of any changes and extensions to the Purchaser's ticket quota, in particular if the Purchaser acquires further tickets at a later date in addition to the ticket quota originally purchased by the Purchaser.
11. Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction is Dornbirn/Austria Austrian law is valid.
